About The Position

As a Family Dollar Field Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to customers while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operational activities across assigned stores. This role emphasizes compliance with store standards and operational procedures, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Prefer completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Prefer store manager experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight as needed.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 55 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive customer experience by working with Store Manager to comply with Family Dollar Store Standards.
• Assist with Door to Shelf Functions, staffing audits, inventory preparation, and loss prevention when directed by Store Manager.
• Retrain Team Members as needed to correct operating processes and procedures.
• Assist with Mystery Shopping and other projects as assigned by Area Operations Manager and Performance Manager.
