Partner with the best As a Field Specialist, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 3-5 years' experience with good mechanical aptitude.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
  • Be able to demonstrate good hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling
  • Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams in a technical environment
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
  • Be able to work in a variety of environments including on-shore facilities and customer locations
  • Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo product line training

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects to completion and communicating updates to internal and external customers
  • Providing instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day wellsite work and activities
  • Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party wellsite colleagues
  • Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
  • Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives
