As a Field Specialist, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent to 1-2 years' industry experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Be able to demonstrate good hands-on knowledge of onsite basic rig operations
  • Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams in a technical environment
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
  • Be able to work in a variety of environments including but not limited to customer locations
  • Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo product line training

Nice To Haves

  • University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required.
  • 2 + years experience.
  • Proficient in running multiple applications in directional drilling.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects to completion and communicating updates to internal and external customers
  • Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party wellsite colleagues
  • Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
  • Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives
  • Providing onsite support to remote operations (Handling BHAs, Rig Up and Rig Down operations)
