Requirements

• 1 - 2 ½ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily operations and safety meetings, reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintains equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable conditions.
• Monitors and analyzes data to recommend services and solutions.
• Performs job planning, preparation of tools and equipment, and job execution.
• Submits all job-related data, including reports and logs, in a timely manner.
• Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
• Tests, operates, and maintains tools and equipment according to work instructions.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Manages inventory and supplies required at the well site.
• Follows up on failures with the R&M team and ensures reports are closed with clients.
• Contributes to equipment failure investigations supporting Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Oversees and mentors Field Operation crew members where applicable.
• Acts as technical advisor to management and interprets data for client representatives in senior roles.
• Performs engineering checks while on client location, including calculations and software updates.
• Manages the installation of complex equipment and/or services in the field.
