Fuel Your Passion As a Field/Site Account Specialist – Sales Enabler, you will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, executing chemical program performance, and enabling commercial success. You will help strengthen account relationships, coordinate technical service delivery, and contribute to identifying new opportunities that add value for the customer. You will support both field operations and commercial activities to ensure compliance, quality of service, and effective communication between customer teams and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Have experience in refinery operations, downstream chemicals, process treatment, or industrial service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Bring the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Have sound analytical and problem-solving abilities to support chemical program performance.
  • Be able to support both commercial sales activities and technical field operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Building long‑term relationships by providing effective account management and understanding customer operational and business needs.
  • Identifying, coordinating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects, technical sales initiatives, and innovative customer solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering business reviews and technical presentations to customers, leadership, and internal teams.
  • Managing day‑to‑day operations of refinery chemical programs, including service activities, delivery systems, and performance monitoring.
  • Supporting technicians and account representatives to ensure accurate execution of chemical applications and service standards.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both customer teams and internal business partners.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Baker Hughes Sales & Service Standards at key customer accounts.
