The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients and ensuring that our products are running efficiently. Requirements

  • Experience in a technical, electrical or mechanical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot our products on-site or remotely in office
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on our products
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and service manuals
