About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Field Services Technician for our client in Nashville, TN. Duration: 3 years.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Experience with PC imaging, Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, and operational programs.
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with SLA frameworks, escalation protocols, and client communication.
  • Basic understanding of workstation backups, restores, and IT asset management.

Nice To Haves

  • A+ Certification or equivalent technical certification.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee field services operations, including desktop and end-user device support.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects related to hardware and software deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to client standards, SLAs, and project timelines.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts for complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
  • Manage inventory, deployment schedules, and resource allocation for field services.
  • Support training and mentoring of Field Services Technicians.
