About The Position

We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team in Katy, TX. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for collecting samples, maintaining field equipment, and supporting sample logistics. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Class D Water License highly preferred
  • Previous experience with ISCO autosamplers preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
  • Effective communicator with a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Drive to customer sites to place and retrieve sample collection equipment
  • Collect and document environmental samples accurately and thoroughly
  • Prepare and ship sample kits and equipment
  • Complete daily documentation and maintain clean, organized workspaces
  • Interact professionally with clients during site visits
  • Assist in lab operations as needed, including facility upkeep, sample disposal, receiving, and glassware prep
  • Follow schedules, protocols, and procedures with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and operate field equipment, including autosamplers and pH/temperature meters
  • Perform other duties as assigned
