About The Position
The Field Services Technician at GreyStone Power is responsible for completing service activities and work orders both in the field and remotely. This role involves conducting meter installations, connections, disconnections, exchanges, readings, and service work for members/consumers in a timely, courteous, and safe manner. The technician will also troubleshoot meter problems, report hazardous conditions, and maintain Surge Master equipment, ensuring accurate documentation in the Work Order Management System.
