The role of a Field Services Technician is to provide technology support and service to the students and staff members of Lamar CISD. Technicians are responsible for promptly identifying and resolving hardware and software issues related to student laptops, administrative and instructional laptops, iPads, desktop computers, interactive flat panels, scanners, and other equipment used throughout the district. Technicians provide professional, prompt, friendly support while performing preventative maintenance, working on projects, and providing in-person support to campuses daily.
