About The Position

We are looking for an Onsite Infrastructure Engineer to provide hands-on technical support at client locations. The role involves traveling between sites to manage, install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, and network equipment. You will assist with software installations, desktop management, and troubleshooting, sometimes working under the guidance of remote L2/L3 engineers. As an IT "smart hands" resource, you’ll support both routine and escalated issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Experience with IT infrastructure support, servers, desktops, networking
  • Strong desktop management and software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle system installations, updates, and repairs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel between client sites as required
  • HS Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
