About The Position

The Field Service Supervisor is more than just a manager—you’re the coach, mentor, and motivator who empowers field employees to excel in every aspect of their work. From commissioning and troubleshooting to repairs and maintenance, you’ll guide your team to deliver outstanding results while building their skills and confidence along the way. Your leadership extends beyond your direct team as you also oversee 3rd party contractors, ensuring that everyone is aligned, efficient, and focused on exceeding customer expectations. In this role, you’ll set the standard for performance in the field—leading by example, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, or engineering, with a solid technical foundation.
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience managing technical personnel (preferred)—a great opportunity to build on your supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire teams of technicians—driving performance through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.
  • Coordinate across functions and manage contractors to meet customer requirements and ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
  • Monitor project profitability by tracking costs, optimizing technician utilization, and ensuring efficient resource management.
  • Champion quality with in-field audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement of technician and subcontractor performance.
  • Elevate customer satisfaction by building processes that deliver consistent, high-quality results and measurable business impact.
  • Resolve challenges with collaboration—partnering with peers and stakeholders to address internal and external concerns quickly and effectively.
