About The Position
The position addresses construction service and product issues at the customer's site to ensure that customer complaints regarding quality and reliability are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively. The role involves investigating the condition of company building workmanship and products at all stages of construction based on customer concerns, reporting findings back to the Customer Service team, and recommending repairs or replacements as necessary.
