About The Position

As the Field Services Regional Director, you’ll oversee Best Buy’s strategy for delivery, installation, custom services and repair in your region. This includes warehouse strategy and delivery pad operations. You’ll manage all fulfillment from distribution centers, delivery pads, and retail stores by leading a team of direct reports and ensuring they deliver best-in-class customer experiences. What you’ll do Work with the Divisional Field Services Senior Director and other regional directors to translate enterprise priorities into local strategies Manage all in-home service partner relationships in your region to achieve operating results and customer service standards Coach the leadership teams across your region to promote talent development, performance management and strong employee experiences Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with service partner senior leadership to ensure service level agreements are met Regularly assess warehouses to ensure operational standards are met Build and maintain an exceptional team culture centered around engagement and belonging

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager
  • 5 years of experience with responsibility for financial results, including sales, margin and profitability
  • 5 years of retail, logistics, operational, warehouse, inventory or customer service experience
  • 3 years of multi-unit management experience
  • 3 years of experience managing vendor relationships or partnership
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the year

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, distribution, logistics, business or related field
  • Experience managing multiple distribution centers
  • Supply chain experience, including transportation, demand planning or vendor management
