About The Position
Our Global Field Service Department is looking for a dependable Field Service Technician team member to support Boston Logan Airport and the New England Airports. This position will cover Logan Airport and surrounding areas. Surrounding areas is defined as the following New England Airports (Lebanon Municipal Airport (LEB), Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT), Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD), Bradley International Airport (BDL), and Tweed New Haven Airport (HVN). You will drive our exceptional customer service experience, improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention, and increase profitability. All experience levels are welcome to apply. This position reports to the Area Manager.
