The FST positively interacts with customers to identify areas to improve their work. Territory will be primarily based in Midwest, but may include other regions depending on customer demand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and technical training, certification in a technical field.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Experience with reading electrical schematics and other technical drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems in a field setting.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent verbal skills and the ability to interact with a sophisticated customer base.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MAS 90, Sage CRM, Word, and/or Excel.
• Strong desire for continued growth and learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and performance validations to documented standards.
• Interact positively with customers to identify areas for improvement.
• Travel typically 75%-100% of a month.
• Schedule and coordinate business travel independently.
