About The Position
The position involves interfacing with relevant departments to gain a thorough understanding of NOV products and their safe operation, testing, calibration, and timely problem resolution. The role requires travel to customer sites for inspection, installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, repair, and training on the safe and proper operation of NOV products. Responsibilities also include the removal and re-installation of mobile rig components, repair of mobile rig components, and the use of hand tools and shop machines. The position demands effective communication of field failures and feedback, timely completion of field service documentation, compliance with company and HSE policies, operation of lifting equipment, and assurance that work results meet company quality standards. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and safe work habits must be utilized.
