About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for performing periodic maintenance, repair, replacement, and limited troubleshooting on various models of forklifts and competitive material handling equipment. This position will interface with customers daily and continuously establish and maintain lifetime relationships by listening to customers and satisfying their equipment service needs.
