About The Position

At Diebold Nixdorf, we are dedicated to automating, digitizing, and transforming the way over 75 million people globally bank and shop. In this vital and rewarding role, you will be responsible for installing, debugging, and providing technical maintenance for our product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations. Your role will involve conducting scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as performing minor product repairs within your assigned territory. You will inspect products to ensure correct operation, resolve any noted issues, and escalate problems according to established procedures. Additionally, you will schedule services, complete all required paperwork, and work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of hardware and software installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
