What You Will Do: Fix machinery skillfully: Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site. Use troubleshooting skills: Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently. Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process. Prioritize safety at all times: Follow safety guidelines and procedures. Stay up-to-date with evolving technology: Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills.
