This is a full-time, remote position primarily operating in the field. You will travel to different locations to provide on-site service. In your role as a Field Service Technician, you will start your day by reviewing your schedule and preparing your fully-equipped service vehicle. Your responsibilities will include traveling to various client sites to diagnose and repair agricultural equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will engage with customers, providing expert service and clear explanations of the work performed. Regular preventive maintenance and detailed record-keeping will be key aspects of your role.
