About The Position
Soles Electric is looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join us in delivering excellence in customer service and craftsmanship within the Electric Motor Repair, Pump Repair, and Equipment Rebuild Industries.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License.
- Technical certifications: MSHA
- 80hr & 40hr mine training is preferred.
- Safety Sensitive Card.

Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix problems with machinery, hardware, or systems.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site service and build positive customer relationships.
- Documentation: Create detailed service reports and document processes.
- Logistics: Manage time, materials, and safely operate company vehicles.
