Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work
Ability to walk, stand, and work outside for extended periods
Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods
Comfortable using a mobile device and applications
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or labor roles
Knowledge of plant health or turf management
Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator’s License ($1,500 signing bonus)

Responsibilities

Apply lawn care, tree & shrub, and/or outdoor pest control treatments with precision and care
Diagnose lawn and property issues such as disease, insect damage, and turf stress
Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert recommendations
Maintain accurate service records using a mobile device
Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Deliver a professional service experience that builds long-term customer trust and loyalty
