Field Service Technician Lawn Doctor’s Field Service Technicians are the backbone and face of our operation. In this role, you’ll provide expert lawn, tree & shrub, and outdoor pest control services that help homeowners enjoy their outdoor spaces. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work
  • Ability to walk, stand, and work outside for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods
  • Comfortable using a mobile device and applications
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or labor roles
  • Knowledge of plant health or turf management
  • Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator’s License ($1,500 signing bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Apply lawn care, tree & shrub, and/or outdoor pest control treatments with precision and care
  • Diagnose lawn and property issues such as disease, insect damage, and turf stress
  • Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service records using a mobile device
  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Deliver a professional service experience that builds long-term customer trust and loyalty
