What You Will Do: Attends and presents in daily morning operations meeting Performs moderately complex customer support activities, including installations, routine repairs and maintenance of chemical injection pumps and accessories. Assembles different parts of manufactured products using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. Inspects all materials, components, subassemblies, etc. to assure they meet the accepted quality standards. Reads and follows work instructions, work orders, production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Processes and submits customer service transactions such as service tickets accurately. Provides accurate and timely information regarding availability of in-stock items. Answers basic inquiries from customers providing basic technical product and applications support. Refers customers to local sales representative for further sales & service requests Drives a company vehicle and makes deliveries to customer locations May support field sales activities Obtains signatures for deliveries made, as required. Works alone and/or under general supervision Develops good working relationships with customers through frequent and professional written and verbal communication. Communicates professionally & effectively with customers when delivering both good and bad information. Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures. Works unconventional hours and potentially weekends to provide our required level of service on occasion. Attends work in predictable and regular manner
