This role involves learning Renuity's processes and quality standards to deliver excellent customer service. The technician will travel to customer homes to install new products or repair existing ones. Responsibilities include taking preventative measures, escalating customer issues to the Service Department, filling out detailed reports, keeping records of services performed, and explaining equipment issues and repairs to customers. The position also requires physical activities such as lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance, bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and performing tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods.
