This position involves performing service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of various coffee equipment for customers. New hires will initially ride along with a certified technician and then enroll in a certification class. Once trained and certified, technicians will operate independently with a company vehicle. The role requires strong customer interaction and troubleshooting skills for advanced equipment. Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee, and no prior technical experience is required, though experience repairing appliances or as a barista is a plus.

Requirements

• Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
• Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
