About The Position
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee to join their team as a Service Technician. The role involves performing service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of various coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment. New hires will initially ride along with a certified technician and then enroll in a certification class. Once trained and certified, technicians will work independently with a company vehicle, though team support is emphasized. The job requires troubleshooting advanced equipment and maintaining strong customer interaction. No prior technical experience is required, but enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous experience repairing appliances or as a barista is a plus but not necessary.
Requirements

- Must enjoy coffee, tasting
- Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period

Responsibilities
- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
- Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
