Join Shaffer Entertainment, where your skills keep the fun running and your work truly matters. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Shaffer at customer locations across the Toledo area—installing, maintaining, and servicing arcade games, ATMs, and entertainment equipment in bars, restaurants, and family entertainment centers. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the independence and support to do meaningful, hands-on work.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older (some locations have age-restricted access)
Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to pass a background check
Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Comfortable using hand tools, dollies, pallet jacks, and handcarts
Ability to climb ladders (up to 12 ft) and work in tight spaces such as ceilings or attics
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
Ability to work independently and manage your route efficiently

Responsibilities

Service, install, and repair arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, cranes, ATMs, and other amusement equipment
Respond to on-site service calls and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues
Collect cash and customer payouts from assigned route locations
Monitor and refill cranes and ATMs to appropriate levels
Safely transport cash to designated bank locations
Maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service
