The Field Service Technician is responsible for training and supporting dealers/customers regarding questions about installation, troubleshooting and website navigation for AgSense, BaseStation, ICON, Scheduling and Water Delivery products to new and existing customers. This involves consistent customer support and interaction, as well as travel to customer sites to diagnose issues and provide training for ongoing maintenance and resolution of technical issues.
