Requirements

• Experience with electrical systems in an industrial, commercial, or military environment.
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams, working with control panels, and performing hands-on electrical work.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently in the field.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks on tight timelines.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including overnight and nationwide travel.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install and service heat trace systems that protect pipelines, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Perform electrical installations including control panels, wiring, terminations, and system connectivity.
• Support project installations, including scaffolding, coatings, and multi‑phase field work.
• Complete routine and emergency repairs to keep industrial systems operational.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Work directly with customers to ensure systems are safe, compliant, and performing at peak efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, electrical codes, and site requirements.
