About The Position

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Travel to customer sites throughout the United States and internationally to install, commission, test, calibrate and, train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV Rolligon products. Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems. Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate and maintain the system. Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments. Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or Equivalent. College or Technical School Degree preferred. 1-3 years of related on-the-job experience. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems preferred. Electrical background preferred. Experience in heavy industry or the oil and gas environment preferred. Possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems. Possess professional, clear, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision and maintain a positive reputation. Unrestricted ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics. Must maintain valid driver's license and have clean driving record. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and medical examinations screenings. Must possess a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a 3-year driving history background check. Must possess excellent customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems. Must possess professional, clear, verbal and written communication skills. Unrestricted ability to travel and work overtime during weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, reach and perform repetitive motions for up to 12 hours daily. Ability to multitask in fast paced environment. Ability to maintain a professional reputation when interacting with customers and internal teams.
