This role involves providing responsive customer service, managing all business reporting documentation, identifying and securing additional revenue opportunities, and daily processing of parts. Key duties include managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks, as well as diagnosing errors and technical problems to determine proper solutions. The position requires significant travel and driving to various customer locations.
