About The Position

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' equipment and systems. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2+ years of service technician, mechanical trade, construction, or similar field experience
  • Experience repairing mechanical or electrical equipment
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
  • Experience with automatic pool covers is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document service activities, including detailed reports of work performed and parts used.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our services.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of service tools and spare parts.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
