About The Position
Responsible for maintaining all Barri & DolEx branches in optimal conditions. Main responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general carpentry, for all stores
Requirements
- 1–5-year experience as a Handy-man
- Valid Driver’s License (review driving record history)
- Knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools and basic machinery
- Basic Networking, Cabling Management, Racking systems, Telephony Services, Surveillance Systems, repairs
- Handyperson Skills for basic branch repairs such as Sheetrock, Basic Electricity, plumbing, painting, and others
- Able to effectively communicate in Spanish and English to communicate with vendors and service providers
- Service oriented
- Highly logical
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Take attention to detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work full time
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Experience in maintenance (basic paint repairs, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, installation, and replacement of sheet metal)

- Complete work and repair service orders in a timely manner
