About The Position

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee to join their team as a Service Technician. The company performs service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of various coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment, for customers nationwide. They are one of the largest vendors in the nation, helping to keep the coffee world brewing. New hires will begin by riding along with a certified technician until they can be enrolled in a certification class, working with several different manufacturers. Once trained and certified, technicians can then go out on their own with a company work vehicle. Although the job is mostly independent work, the team still works together to support each other. The company thrives on great customer interaction and keeping customers satisfied. Technicians will work on some of the most advanced equipment, which requires lots of troubleshooting from time to time. No technical experience is required; the company welcomes candidates with a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Service mindset and passion for seeking customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must enjoy coffee, tasting
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
• Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
