At Motorola Solutions, the Field Service Technician role is part of DRN, a company that equips LPR cameras to scan license plates daily, building a historical scan database for clients. This position involves guiding field techs, national installers, and customers through installations and troubleshooting of DRN LPR systems. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with significant travel (greater than 50%) across the U.S. The technician will provide excellent customer service by independently troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and supporting customers on software and equipment such as mobile and fixed cameras, solar panels, and communication boxes. The primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction with services and that all aspects of installation, service, and support are completed properly and timely.
