The team emphasizes technical expertise, dependable service, and long-term partnerships. The Field Service Technician role involves performing service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of various coffee equipment. New hires will undergo training by riding along with a certified technician and enrolling in certification classes. Once trained and certified, technicians operate independently with a company vehicle, though team support is emphasized. The job requires strong customer interaction and troubleshooting skills for advanced equipment. Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking passionate individuals with a love for coffee, and no prior technical experience is required, though appliance repair or barista experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must enjoy coffee, tasting
  • Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.

Responsibilities

  • Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
  • Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
