The KGS Development Program is a 4-month developmental program that provides cross-functional, hands-on exposure in the field to deliver a holistic view of Kodiak's business. You'll spend time rotating through various field locations as well as support areas such as supply chain, set-crew, overhaul and more. Program description •Rotate through the functional areas within the field operations throughout the country •Participate in the Kodiak Safety Programs and proactively uphold the KGS Safety Culture •Participate in various developmental trainings •Train and operate mechanical equipment under the supervision of mentors Position Summary Intern-level position that assists in the running of one or more compression jobs. Has entry-level diagnostic and repair skills. Is currently enrolled or has recently graduated from a Technical School program or similar.
