As a Field Service Technician based in Dallas, Texas, you will play a vital role in ensuring the performance and uptime of our clients' equipment. At Hodge Industrial, we provide essential services to the manufacturing and industrial sectors by supplying and maintaining mission-critical equipment. Requirements

  • 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience in industrial systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams
  • Comfortable using phones, tablets, and mobile apps for work tasks
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel to customer sites within approximately 100 miles of Dallas, TX
  • Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience, specifically in troubleshooting industrial systems
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
  • Comfort using technology (phones, tablets, apps)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to new mechanical systems
  • A coachable attitude and willingness to learn

  • Experience servicing or installing industrial equipment in manufacturing facilities
  • Experience working in a customer-facing field service role
  • Hourly pay expectations within $28–$36 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Install new industrial compressed air systems at manufacturing facilities
  • Service and maintain existing compressed air systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair system issues to minimize unscheduled downtime
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Clean and maintain customer equipment to extend operational life
  • Utilize technology (phones, tablets, apps) for work tasks and reporting
  • Installing new compressed air systems
  • Servicing and maintaining existing compressed air systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing system issues
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Cleaning and maintaining customer equipment
  • Minimizing unscheduled downtime for client operations
