About The Position
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee to join their team as a Service Technician. The company performs service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of various coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment, for customers. They are one of the largest vendors in the nation. New hires will initially ride along with a certified technician and then enroll in a certification class. Once trained and certified, technicians will operate independently with a company vehicle. The role involves mostly independent work but emphasizes team support and great customer interaction. Technicians will work on advanced equipment requiring troubleshooting. No prior technical experience is required, but a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous experience repairing appliances or as a barista is a plus.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must enjoy coffee, tasting
- Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.

Responsibilities
- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
- Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
