About The Position

Culligan Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking for a Field Service Technician in Lawrenceville, GA to perform installation and service maintenance on household and commercial water treatment systems. Responsibilities include: Installation of water treatment equipment to customer's homes. Work with water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems. Will learn to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Follow procedures/protocol for equipment installation and maintenance. Work with filters, pumps, motors, piping and other mechanical systems. Collect water samples and perform tests on water treatment systems. Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, sanitizations and equipment exchanges. Maintain accurate service and installation records.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• 1 to 3 years' experience as a technician working with installation, set up and maintenance.
• A minimum of 3 years customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience and ability to work independently without supervision.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to read a map.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with plumbing, water softeners and reverse osmosis systems helpful.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes helpful.
• Understanding of water chemistry helpful.
• Experience driving a service vehicle helpful.
