About The Position

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs performs service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of various coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment. They are a large national vendor in the coffee industry. New hires will undergo training by riding along with a certified technician before enrolling in a certification class, working with several manufacturers. Once trained and certified, technicians will operate independently with a company vehicle, though team support is emphasized. The role involves significant customer interaction and troubleshooting advanced equipment. Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking passionate individuals with a love for coffee, and no prior technical experience is required, welcoming candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in appliance repair or as a barista is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must enjoy coffee, tasting
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
• Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
