About The Position

General Scope: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves working on-site at various locations, to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in oil gas or construction environments.
  • Familiarity with operating heavy machinery such as forklifts and telehandlers is preferred.
  • Travel required 100% of the time.
  • Availability to work extended hours.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug tests and maintain client required random drug tests.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to be cleared to operate motor vehicles at all times.
  • Must pass a background investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Oil & gas: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience working on frac sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment on frac locations.
  • Operate forklifts and telehandlers safely while adhering to OSHA regulations.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Communicate respectfully and clearly with teammates and follow instructions from supervisor.
  • Show initiative to learn and grow into more advanced operational tasks over time.
