My Company supports several nationally-known clients and has access to a variety of jobs on an ongoing basis. This Field Service Technician position is located in Dallas, TX, and is a 12+ Months Contract. The workday will vary, with an 8 hours/day shift within 7am - 6pm Monday thru Friday, to be scheduled by the manager. On-call rotation is required every 4 weeks, from 6pm – 7am Monday thru Friday, and 24x7 on weekends and holidays. The role involves supporting a large facility as an onsite service technician, including delivery and installation of printer supplies, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Responsibilities also include conducting technical analysis of product implementations in accordance with customer specifications, troubleshooting technical problems, determining technical solutions, and recommending actions to Lexmark representatives. The technician will assess product needs, and conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives. A Government Background check is required for this position.
