About The Position
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs performs service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of coffee equipment for customers, specializing in various espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment. They are one of the largest vendors in the nation. New hires will begin by riding along with a certified technician until they can be enrolled in a certification class. Once trained and certified, technicians will operate independently with a work vehicle, while still working as a team to support each other. The role emphasizes great customer interaction and satisfaction. Technicians will work on advanced equipment requiring significant troubleshooting. Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee to join their team as a Service Technician. No technical experience is required; candidates with a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Requirements
- Service mindset and passion for seeking customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must enjoy coffee, tasting
- Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience repairing appliances
- Experience as a barista
Responsibilities
- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
- Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
