About The Position

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time role supporting customers throughout Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas . This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with technology and providing excellent customer service. Training will be provided for the right candidate , so prior experience, while helpful, is not required.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent education or higher
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Superior planning skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Factory certifications from Canon & Ricoh are preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of print drivers and basic network communication is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain a wide variety of office equipment including multifunctional
  • Maintain an assigned territory and provide Applied Innovation-level of service quality and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure client service needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools.
  • Represent Applied Innovation well in all interactions – you are the face of Applied Innovation!
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous manner.
