The Field Service Technician works independently and with minimum supervision to provide technical services at customer’s location and support to sales, marketing or business development within assigned territory. Incumbent provides moderate to complex technical service expertise performing installations, services and on-site diagnostics and service on mechanical, electrical, electronic equipment, components, communication devices and systems. Instructs customers on the operation or proper use of equipment. Operates in the field on call and provides technical support to territory/assigned customers and as required may provide assistance and support to other field service team members. Works remotely and commutes to customers throughout the region (Assigned territory Eastern NC, Southern VA). Preferred residence near Raleigh, Greensboro, or the Eastern North Carolina region. You will work Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.
