About The Position

Window World is seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing service calls related to window and door installations, repairs, and adjustments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices and CRM systems
• Attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in window and door service , construction, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled service calls for windows and doors
• Diagnose and resolve product issues on-site
• Perform adjustments, repairs, or part replacements as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service performed and next steps
• Document service details in the 360 system with brief, accurate notes
• Take photos of product issues and completed work when applicable
• Escalate unresolved or repeat issues to the management team
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Window World with integrity
