The Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring that the company's clients have the best service experience possible by providing complete service. Your duties will include collecting information, troubleshooting, assessing the fault, making repairs and changes in support of our service customers at all levels. This role requires a detail minded, technically skilled individual; able to think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment. You need to be able to follow procedures and checklists but have the confidence to improvise when and where needed.
