About The Position

The position involves extensive travel to customer sites for the installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, and training of customers on NOV products. The role requires conducting field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems, performing field upgrades of software and hardware, and training customers on the proper operation of the system. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for communicating field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments, managing billing, inventory, and paperwork, and completing and submitting field service documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

• AA Degree and/or equivalent experience with 2+ years of technical experience preferred
• Willing to travel over 75% of the time
• Work schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off
• Willing to work 12+ hours daily during your schedule
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of oil and gas field components, including software and hardware
• Willing to be on call
• Electrical background preferred
• All applicants must pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities
